First of all, this flat has the BEST Location of all!! I was in Ivanas Flat as a entrepreneur and student for a litte bit more than 3 Month. Ivana is just the perfect landlady. She never talked to much, but always enough. Whenever i had a problem she was there. I locked myself out of the flat, she came immediately even at 11pm. The internet crashed once, and i didn't know what to do -she came immediately and helped me out. When i needed a tip, where a good restaurant is, she knew where. Now about the flat. I know the Photos don't look like a 7-Stars Luxury Flat, but the flat does what it should do. It's clean. Everything is working. Everything i needed was there. I love to cook and the gas cooker works perfect. The only thing i had to buy here, was my food. The flat is next to a very frequented street, but the double windows keep everything very silent. I always slept like a baby. For getting fresh air into the Flat, i used to open the kitchen window on the park side of the house. It's silent and clean air. The Internet is working very well with a speed of 15MB/s downloadrate and 1,8MB/s uploadspeed, so it's more than enough for streaming 4k Videos on the Laptop. The Laptop can be connected to the TV by your OWN hdmi-cable. And here we come to the last point and in my opinion the most important one! I was my whole life living in a luxury house, had my housemaid and my parents just threw the money behind me. So actually i am a namby-pamby that used to live more than like a king :-D Ivanas flat was enough for everything. When you come to prague, you will notice, that you will not spend that much time in your flat, but outside somewhere in the town. That's how prague works. No way to get around it and this flat has just a amazing location. Better than any location in the city center. Why? Because just right in Front of the flat, maybe 30meters there is the bus stop, for the busses to FLORENC (Bus-Mainstation) and the 207 Bus to the Place of Republic and the big modern and new Shopping Mall "Palladium". It's 4 Minutes to walk from the Flat, to the next Tram Station called Husinecka. There you can find the Tram to the Castle, the Tram to Palladium and the Tram to WenclesSquare -> Dancing House -> State Opera etc... Why is it better than Prague 1 ? Because in Prague 1 City Centre are no Tram Stations. It's faster from here. 50m away from the Flat you can find a 24h small supermarket. During the day there are 2 other supermarkets even closer. The Austrian Supermarket BILLA is 300meters away. The Alberts Supermarket is in the -1 Floor of Palladium. The Big Zizkov Park is just behind the flat, you need to go to the top! Just do it! The "Spicy Indian" Restaurant (one of pragues best) is 20meters next to the flat. 4,9 of 5 rating The "Eat Well" Bio-Restaurant is 60 meters away from the flat. 4,9 of 5 rating. And last but not least, YOU ARE IN ZIZKOV. There is no other place with more bars than here, and it's still a safe place. I never saw criminals, gipsys, black drug dealers or homeless here. But instead i saw a lot of children during the day. However this place is a 10 of 10 rating. I would come back and i even recommended it to some friends, who will be here next year.
