Byt pronajímám od roku 2017, ideální nájemník je 1-2 osoby max. Přes letní měsíce si zájemci pronajímají apartmán na kratší dobu, ale jsou i zájemci,kteří preferují několika měsíční bydlení. Bydlení je možné bez domácích mazlíčků. Na požádání zajistím i transfer z/na letiště a za příplatek také úklidové služby v případě zájmu. Zájemcům nabízím komfort útulného domácího prostředí s blízkostí oddychu v přilehlé zeleni (Prokopské údolí) a zárověň rychle dosažitelné centrum (do 30 min MHD). Parkování je možné před domem.

I am renting this apartment since 2017. An ideal tenant is a single or couple. During summer months the apartment is typically rented for shorter periods but there are also tenants who prefers longer several months living. No pets are allowed. On request I do offer also transfer from/to the airport and cleaning services at extra charges. I do offer comfort of cozy home environment in the vicinity of nature and adjacent Prokop´s valley as well as well accessible into city centre (up to 30 min). Free parking is available in front of the house.

Ich vermiete dieses Apartman seit 2017. Idealer Vermieter ist Single oder ein Paar. Im Sommer ist Das Wohnung gute Wahl fuer kurzes Besuch des Stadt. Aber es gibst auch Besucher, die einige Monate bleiben. Wenn Mann braucht, gibt es auch eine Moegligkheit von Flughafen ab zufahren werden. Cleaning servis ist bei langen Vermietung auch moeglich. (mit Extra Zahlung) Das Wohnung ist bequem. In der Naehe ist Prokopś valley, Naturpark. Zentrum des Stadtes ist in 30 Minuten erreichbar mit offentliches Transport.
