The Villa has 3 floors and 5 bedrooms. The décor is lovely and very cozy with an amazing view.
On the outside area there is a garden, a barbeque space with 2 types of BBQ (one with gas and one with charcoal), a big outdoor dining table, a heated infinity pool with sunbeds and outdoor lounge area with sofa and table.
The first floor has a living room with a big flat screen TV, fireplace and dining area. The kitchen is big and well equipped with brand new household appliances. And there is one toilet as well on the first floor.
The second floor has a Master Bedroom with double bed, private walk-inn closet, private bathroom and access to the first floor balcony.
Two extra bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a gym are located in the second floor.
The third floor has two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom with a bathtub, living room area with a sofa bed and a coffee table.
All bedrooms have an amazing sea view.

Ponta do Sol resort, at sea level, 5 minutes by car (2,9 Km) away, is very popular for Villas in Madeira, and offers restaurants and cafés (and three small hotels), as well as a couple of trendy bars and 2km from the beach. Before reaching the town, you will find, on the roundabout that provides access to the motorway network, a small shopping centre with a row of shops and cafés and the nearest supermarket. Ponta do Sol is known as the sunniest place in Madeira, and the whole town front is a rocky beach with access to the sea.

There are walks around the hills of Ponta do Sol and easy access to the plateau of Paul da Serra, with its many levada walks, makes this villa perfectly located for walking in Madeira and for enjoying a lovely holiday surrounded by the beautiful Madeira countryside.

Die Villa hat 3 Etagen und 5 Schlafzimmer. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich mit einer fantastischen Aussicht.
Im Außenbereich gibt es einen Garten, einen Grillplatz mit 2 Arten von BBQ (eine mit Gas und eine mit Holzkohle), einen großen Esstisch im Freien, einen beheizten Infinity-Pool mit Liegestühlen und Outdoor-Lounge-Bereich mit Sofa und Tisch.
Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Flachbildfernseher, einem Kamin und einem Essbereich. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet mit brandneuen Haushaltsgeräten. Außerdem gibt es eine Toilette im ersten Stock.
Im zweiten Stock gibt es ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eigenem begehbarem Kleiderschrank, eigenem Bad und Zugang zum Balkon im ersten Stock.
Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Badezimmer und ein Fitnessraum befinden sich ebenfalls im zweiten Stock.
Im dritten Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa und Couchtisch.
Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer.

Der 5 Autominuten (2,9 km) entfernte Ferienort Ponta do Sol ist sehr beliebt für Villen auf Madeira und bietet Restaurants und Cafés (und drei kleine Hotels) sowie einige trendige Bars und liegt 2 km vom Strand entfernt. Bevor Sie die Stadt erreichen, finden Sie am Kreisverkehr, der den Anschluss an das Autobahnnetz ermöglicht, ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit einer Reihe von Geschäften und Cafés sowie den nächsten Supermarkt. Ponta do Sol ist als der sonnigste Ort Madeiras bekannt, und die gesamte Stadtfront ist ein felsiger Strand mit Zugang zum Meer.

Die Hügel von Ponta do Sol laden zu Wanderungen ein und die Hochebene von Paul da Serra mit ihren vielen Levada-Wanderungen ist leicht zu erreichen. Damit ist diese Villa der ideale Ort, um auf Madeira zu wandern und einen schönen Urlaub inmitten der wunderschönen Landschaft Madeiras zu verbringen.
