Bright and cosy apartment strategically located in the city of Barcelona, ideal for small families or group of friends. A few minutes walk from the historic city center and main beaches; this is the perfect place to relax after exploring Barcelona's best attractions.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and a full bath. The social area, with lots of natural light thanks to its large windows, integrates the TV lounge room*, fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. Carefully equipped and decorated, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The flat is located on the Entresuelo or first floor of the building with elevator.
* Please note that the TV lounge doesn't have exterior rolling shutters or blackout curtains.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find two public parking lots less than 400 meters from the apartment (5 min walking distance).

The apartment is located in the iconic district of L'Eixample, next to the Ciutadella park and the Olympic Village. Very centric and well connected, 5 min. walk to metro and bus stations, supermarkets and pharmacies and very close to Barcelona's main beaches, the Gothic Quarter and the Born neighborhood and the Sagrada Familia.

The apartment is very well connected by metro and buses with all points of Barcelona. It is just 2 minutes walk from the metro stop Marina (Red Line - L1) that will take you to the city center in just 2 stops (5 minutes) and 5 minutes from the Barcelona Nord bus station.
Distance from Barcelona-El Prat Airport 25 min by car (no traffic). Distance from Sants Estació 15 min by car (without traffic).

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
At least one guest responsible for booking and staying in the property must be over 21 years old.
Local laws require that all guests, adults and children, present their legal ID or passport before visiting Barcelona.

HOUSE RULES:
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking, no parties or events allowed at the property.
This apartment is located in a residential building. Please respect the common areas and quiet hours (22hr - 8hr).
We ask you to turn off the lights when leaving the apartment.
Please rationalize the use of the heating and A/C systems and turn them off when leaving the apartment.
Please leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food.
We kindly ask you to wash the dishes and empty the trash cans. Garbage bags are to be disposed in the street garbage containers.
For your security, we recommend locking the apartment door at all times. The host is not responsible for the objects that can be removed from the apartment.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Vollbad. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich, der dank der großen Fenster viel natürliches Licht erhält, umfasst das Fernsehzimmer*, die voll ausgestattete Küche und das Esszimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt nicht über einen privaten Parkplatz. Allerdings finden Sie zwei öffentliche Parkplätze weniger als 400 Meter von der Wohnung (5 Minuten zu Fuß).

Die Wohnung befindet sich im berühmten Stadtteil L'Eixample, neben dem Ciutadella-Park und dem Olympischen Dorf. Sehr zentral und gut verbunden, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn und Bushaltestellen, Supermärkte und Apotheken und sehr nah an Barcelonas wichtigsten Strände, das Gotische Viertel und die Born Nachbarschaft und die Sagrada Familia.

Die Wohnung ist durch Metro und Busse sehr gut mit allen Punkten Barcelonas verbunden. Sie ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Marina (Rote Linie - L1) entfernt, die Sie in nur 2 Stationen (5 Minuten) ins Stadtzentrum bringt, und 5 Minuten vom Busbahnhof Barcelona Nord.
Entfernung vom Flughafen Barcelona-El Prat 25 Minuten mit dem Auto (kein Verkehr). Entfernung von Sants Estació 15 Minuten mit dem Auto (ohne Verkehr).

BUCHUNGSBEDINGUNGEN:
