Staff wear gloves for cleaning.*This recently renovated and redecorated home is furnished to a high standard and has 6 bedrooms. It also features 5 private bathrooms, with 4 en suite perfect for a little privacy when travelling with a group. It can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests and is located in a lovely neighbourhood close to the centre of Bath.

The home has been recently redecorated in a modern and classic style and benefits from new furniture and interiors. All the beds have comfortable Eve mattresses and each bed can sleep two guests. Some bedrooms come with double beds, others with bunk beds, totalling 13 places to sleep. The large kitchen is fully equipped and offers a great space for communal cooking or gathering. It is adjacent to the home’s modern dining room. There is a sizeable living room with several sofas and a large TV, perfect for cosy evenings with your family or friends. The home has high-speed WiFi and plenty of space to get work done should you need it. There’s a parking space close by should you need to park your car.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home is located in a beautiful neighbourhood in Bath, surrounded by Bath-typical Georgian homes and is walking distance from many of the town's attractions such as the Roman Baths, the Jane Austen Centre, the Abbey, and the Victoria Art Gallery. The area around the house has a lot of cute local shops, and many great restaurants and coffee shops. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and has a lot of green spaces and parks. You’re also very close to the River Avon which is perfect for a stroll around town.

The home profits from being in such a great location. The surrounding areas are easy to get to and around. There are affordable taxis and Uber as well as public transport available should you not want to walk.

This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home is surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the cafes, restaurants and bars around it, perfect for those who want exciting things to do right on their doorstep. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Einige Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten ausgestattet, andere mit Etagenbetten, so dass insgesamt 13 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Die große Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz für gemeinsames Kochen und Beisammensein. Sie grenzt an das moderne Esszimmer des Hauses. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit mehreren Sofas und einem großen Fernseher ist ideal für gemütliche Abende mit der Familie oder Freunden. Die Wohnung verfügt über High-Speed-WiFi und bietet viel Platz zum Arbeiten. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe, falls Sie Ihr Auto abstellen müssen.

Sie haben jederzeit Zugang zum Haus. Da das Haus mit intelligenten Schlössern ausgestattet ist, können Sie jederzeit nach 15 Uhr einchecken, aber bitte achten Sie auf den Lärm nach 21 Uhr.

Außerdem ist der Fluss Avon ganz in der Nähe, der sich hervorragend für einen Stadtbummel eignet.

Die Wohnung profitiert von ihrer guten Lage. Die umliegenden Gebiete sind leicht zu erreichen. Es gibt erschwingliche Taxis und Uber sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, falls Sie nicht zu Fuß gehen möchten.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist daher perfekt, wenn Sie das lebhafte Stadtzentrum genießen möchten. Die Wohnung ist nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen und eignet sich daher nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer oder Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über mehrere Etagen und Gäste, die Schwierigkeiten mit Treppen haben, könnten Schwierigkeiten haben, die gesamte Wohnung zu erreichen. Das Haus ist umgeben von den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geräuschen und Gerüchen der Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung - ideal für alle, die etwas Aufregendes direkt vor der Haustür erleben möchten. Reisebetten können auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden, aber die Gäste müssen ihre eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen.
