Cozy and fully refurbished apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and large kitchen with dining and living space. Fully equipped, quiet central AC in the whole flat. The apartment is located on the 3rd - top - floor in a traditional building (please note there is no elevator). The house has a nice community garden providing a unique and green atmosphere.
I recommend this apartment to business travelers, digital nomads, students or tourists coming for a longer period to enjoy the "living as locals in Budapest" vibes. Families are also welcome, baby bed or child bed is provided (70cmx160cm) upon request. Local community of the house is calm and quiet. Free parking for my guests arriving for the winter holidays!
Grocery shop, canteen in the street, larger shopping centers can be reached in 10-15 mins. Good restaurants, pubs, swimmingpool and gym in walking distance. Public transportation is excellent, several buses (0-24 also), 3 metro lines can be reached easily.
Lovely parks in walking distance where you can jog, walk or do some outdoor activities and enjoy the nature after a tiring day.
Lots of tourist attractions (Heroes' Square, Szécheny bath, Zoo, The House of Music Hungary, museums with famous exhibitions, Puskas arena) within 2 kilometers.
Excellent public transport access to Hungaroring (July 20-23), Sziget festival (Aug 8-15) and World Athletics Championships (Aug 19-27). Private transfer can be also requested.

Das Haus hat einen schönen Gemeinschaftsgarten, der eine einzigartige und grüne Atmosphäre bietet.
Ich empfehle diese Wohnung für Geschäftsreisende, digitale Nomaden, Studenten oder Touristen, die für einen längeren Zeitraum kommen, um das "Leben als Einheimische in Budapest" zu genießen. Familien sind ebenfalls willkommen, ein Baby- oder Kinderbett (70cmx160cm) ist auf Anfrage erhältlich. Die Nachbarschaft des Hauses ist ruhig und gelassen. Kostenlose Parkplätze für meine Gäste, die in den Winterferien anreisen!
Lebensmittelladen, Kantine in der Straße, größere Einkaufszentren sind in 10-15 min zu erreichen. Gute Restaurants, Kneipen, Schwimmbad und Fitnessstudio in Laufnähe. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ausgezeichnet, mehrere Busse (auch 0-24), 3 U-Bahn-Linien sind leicht zu erreichen.
Schöne Parks in Gehweite, in denen man joggen, spazieren gehen oder anderen Aktivitäten im Freien nachgehen kann, um nach einem anstrengenden Tag die Natur zu genießen.
Viele Touristenattraktionen (Heldenplatz, Szécheny-Bad, Zoo, Haus der ungarischen Musik, Museen mit berühmten Ausstellungen, Puskas-Arena) im Umkreis von 2 km.
Hervorragende Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Hungaroring (20.-23. Juli), Sziget-Festival (8.-15. August) und Leichtathletik-Weltmeisterschaft (19.-27. August). Privater Transfer kann ebenfalls angefordert werden.

I lived in this apartment for 4 months during my Erasmus exchange. It was an exceptional experience, the apartment corresponds perfectly to the photos posted online. The apartment is very well equipped and laid out. The apartment is very well equipped, and the owner very responsive.

I worked as a teacher at a university for many years and I realized that it is very hard on on the foreign students to find suitable place to live for some months. They arrive with a suitcase only and they need a fully equipped apartment to stay in. Then I left the academic field and jumped into the IT world. I found that the demand for midterm fully equipped apartments with dedicated home office place is even higher than thought before. The digitalizing world allows a lot of people to work remotely and explore new places without being on holiday. This is a great opportunity to absorb new experiences, and meet people from other cultures. Our cozy and homelike apartment is perfect for living in Budapest as locals, feel the local vibes and enjoy this wonderful city. We paid special attention to create a calm environment in a quiet building that is suitable for remote work and studying. At the same time the safe and green environment has excellent day and night public transport options.
Long story short: business travelers, digital nomads and students are all very welcome!
