As specified by our contract, as this is a flat for mid-term rent and not an airbnb, the flat shall be returned as I hand it over: clean, with the bed linen washed. If you cannot make this happen for any reason, there is a 50 EUR fee payable during the takeover of the apartment, and you have to let me know in advance so I can organize the cleaning.

Sollte dies aus irgendeinem Grund nicht möglich sein, wird bei der Übernahme der Wohnung eine Gebühr von 50 EUR fällig, und Sie müssen mich im Voraus informieren, damit ich die Reinigung organisieren kann.
