Gracious Apartment in the Center of Lisbon

It's a gracious and typical one bedroom ground-floor apartment located in one of the famous seven hills of Lisbon ("Colina de Santana"), in a downtown traditional neighborhood still quite authentic and not as gentrified or touristic as several others districts in town. At the same time, it's just a few (5 or less, literally) minutes away from famous Av. da Liberdade with all its pulsing activity (restaurants, shops, bars, etc... you name it...). Both the area and the apartment itself are a very good fit for a single or a young couple willing to live (and work or study...) in Lisbon for a month or so. In this cozy house you can decide whether you want to sleep on the double sofa-bed in the bed-/living room or on the standard double mattress on the pine-wood mezzanine floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (except an oven; there's a microwave, though...) and has a large table for four/six that can also be used as a big working desk. In the living room, in addition to the double sofa, you can find a wardrobe and bookshelves (with some of our books and vinyl records). The bathroom is also equipped with everything you need, including a bidet. It's located in a beautiful and typical neighborhood, lively but  not too gentrified. The house is at a 7 minute walking distance from the subway (Blue and Yellow lines), and it's surrounded by cheap restaurants and bars, supermarkets and local grocery shops. A real Lisbon Experience (as we know it and it is still possible for the time being).

Es ist eine anmutige und typische Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss in einem der berühmten sieben Hügel von Lissabon ("Colina de Santana"), in einem traditionellen Viertel im Stadtzentrum, das noch recht authentisch und nicht so gentrifiziert oder touristisch wie einige andere Bezirke in der Stadt ist. Gleichzeitig ist es nur wenige (5 oder weniger) Minuten von der berühmten Av. da Liberdade mit all ihren pulsierenden Aktivitäten (Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bars, etc...) entfernt. Sowohl die Gegend als auch die Wohnung selbst eignen sich sehr gut für einen Single oder ein junges Paar, das für einen Monat in Lissabon leben (und arbeiten oder studieren...) möchte. In diesem gemütlichen Haus können Sie entscheiden, ob Sie auf dem Doppelschlafsofa im Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer oder auf der Standard-Doppelmatratze im Zwischengeschoss aus Kiefernholz schlafen möchten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen (außer einem Backofen; es gibt aber eine Mikrowelle...) und hat einen großen Tisch für vier/sechs Personen, der auch als großer Arbeitstisch genutzt werden kann. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es neben dem Doppelsofa auch einen Kleiderschrank und Bücherregale (mit einigen unserer Bücher und Schallplatten). Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, einschließlich eines Bidets. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen und typischen Viertel, das lebendig, aber nicht zu gentrifiziert ist. Das Haus ist nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn (blaue und gelbe Linie) entfernt, und es ist umgeben von günstigen Restaurants und Bars, Supermärkten und lokalen Lebensmittelgeschäften. Ein echtes Lissabon-Erlebnis (wie wir es kennen und es ist immer noch möglich, für die Zeit).
