It is the 3rd floor with elevator, in a charming historic building in Rua do Arsenal, Lisbon, between the shops in Chiado and the riverfront, next to one of the most emblematic squares - Praça do Município. It has a supermarket, Time Out Market, a bus and tram stop and a subway and train crossing to Cascais just a few minutes' walk away, as well as many shops, restaurants, pubs, nightlife, theatres, museums, churches and landmarks in the surroundings. The buildings in the historic center do not have parking, however there is also paid parking in the street in the area and a paid parking under Praça do Município.
Approximately 1 km away there is a park with a daily rate.

It is very very central. Close to almost every major sight of Lisbon.
The windows are for one of the busiest streets in the city with trams, buses, taxis which are stopping just next your window.
During the night your sleep will be stopped but people who are going/coming back from the parties in the neigborhood.
There is no AC in the apartment.
Enter to the WC is via one room - so if someone is sleeping in the room is complicated to use the WC.
It's a busy part of the city with many clubs, restaurants, it's central location close to Cais de Sodre which is great communicated with other part of the city and closest cities.
