The home itself is surrounded by other family homes and cafes, not to mention the variety of parks and commons in the area.
London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The home sits closest to the Hammersmith tube station, which is around a 20-minute walk away. There is also a bus stop very close to the home, which offers a quick link to the tube and other London hotspots . Lastly, there is also a train station 20 minutes in the opposite direction.
This flat requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
