The space
When you walk through the door of this accommodation nothing will leave you indifferent at all, mainly because of the pampering, taste and quality that has been deposited in its recent comprehensive renovation. A renovation where it has been thought of at all times to make the apartment a space where our guests can enjoy not only our wonderful city but also the stay in our home and, therefore, that this is also an unforgettable experience.

For this reason, the space has been arranged in a two-story loft, with the common areas below, except for one of the three bedrooms which is also on the ground floor, and two bedrooms in the upper area. The three bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, can be insulated with acoustic curtains. The house is complete with two fully equipped bathrooms, one on the lower floor and the other on-suite, in the upper area. It should be noted that in the original construction they took advantage of remnants of Madrid's old wall, which is worth mentioning from the inside of the house, and using it as a wall of the building itself, a former manor palace.

As for the location, the apartment is located in the heart of La Latina, next to all the "castizos" points of great interest (tourist and leisure). However, it is located on one of the quietest streets in the neighborhood where the calm is absolute. Por tanto, paz y relax garantizados.

The three bedrooms, all of them with double beds, can be insulated with acoustic curtains. The house is completed with two fully equipped bathrooms, one on the lower floor and another, this one en-suite, in the upper area. It should be pointed out that in the original construction they took advantage of remains of the old wall of Madrid - now appreciable from the inside of the house - and used it as a wall of the current building itself, that used to be an old stately palace.

Regarding the location, the apartment is located in the heart of La Latina, next to all the "traditional" points of great interest (tourist and leisure). However, it is located in one of the quietest streets in the neighborhood where the calm is absolute. Therefore, peace and relaxation guaranteed.
Guest access
The apartment is prepared and equipped with everything you need so you can enjoy each of its corners. It is delivered with the necessary linens and towels for guests.

In the bathroom, following the customs of the best hotels, you will find hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

The house is completely renovated and has been taken care of down to the last detail. In this sense, it has all the advantages and comforts of a modern home.
