This two-room apartment can be found in the part of Prague called Libeň.
New apartment building stands next to a scenic park with an outlook tower, through which flows the river Rokytka.
In the park Podvinný you will find a bicycle path. In 10 minutes by walk you will get to the bobsleigh track or to the climbing center, which welcomes children but also an adults.
In just 15 minutes by walk from the apartment you will reach O2 Arena, where take place sporting events and concerts. Right next to it stands Gallery Harfa.
In this shopping center you will also find restaurants, clothes shops and Hall of Fame of Czech hockey. On the roof can kids play in Dinopark.
This quiet location is easily accessible by public transport. The underground line B can be reached in 10 minutes, the same amount of time take you also the path on the tram stop (2, 3, 6, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17,52, 54, 57, 58).
You can park your car on the street in front of the house, or directly in the fenced and guarded area.
On your visit awaits also restaurants, pizzerias and bistros. While wandering around the neighborhood, you will also discover the supermarket, ATM or pharmacy.

Once you cross the threshold of the apartment on the fourth floor, you will find yourself in the hallway with shoe rack and sofa, through which you will get into the living room.
The living room also serves as a dinning room and kitchen. You can nestle yourself into a comfortable sofa, from where you can watch TV or your favourite movie.
You will definitely enjoy cooking in this bright and very spacious kitchen. Wonderful lunch you can prepare on the electric stove or you will simply put it in the oven.
In the morning you can make crunchy toast in the toaster and enjoy your breakfast at the dinning table, which illuminate the glass patio doors facing south.
During the day time you can enjoy the views to the greenery on the terrace, or the stars in the sky in the night time.
The living room is right next to the bright bedroom, where you will find a double bed, , which is lit by daylight from the window.
Next to the bedroom is located a blue and white bathroom with bathtub and there is also ready for you the washing machine.

Spacious apartment of 50 square meters is decorated in the Feng Shui style. It is an ancient Chinese teachings of harmony of human life and creating a happy home.
Furniture, colours and accessories are therefore arranged in order so the positive energy can flow through the apartment. I think, that the owner was successful. :-)

Great small flat on a quiet residential complex but still close to metro station, shopping centres and a very nice park. Hosts were very attentive and always helpful. The flat was in very good cleaning conditions and the kitchen had all the necessary cutlery and cooking items. If I had to point out any flaw, the flat in sunny weather, being the top floor, can get pretty hot.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
