Lovely small studio flat in Prague centre

Our new unique apartment is a beautiful studio apartment in an Art Nouveau apartment house full of character, in the center of Prague, in the old and romantic former industrial district of Karlín.
On the first floor of an Art Nouveau building with 4 meters high ceilings and an excellent Czech restaurant on the ground floor (if you do not have a taste for cooking), our apartment is a small elegant studio, full of light and sunshine, with huge windows facing southwest, towards the railway Negrelli Viaduct from the 19th century. New triple-glazed windows make the apartment very quiet and silent.
Just a few steps away from all major Prague sights: Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Lesser Town, Jewish Quarter, Wenceslas Square are within walking distance of the apartment and close to hundreds of historic beer pubs and quality restaurants, shops and fashion clubs: you can go home on foot!
Anyway, for laziness there are trams and two metro lines (Florenc station), which stop just 4 minutes (290 mt) from our doors!
We finished his reconstruction after long and demanding work, but the apartment is very cozy and you will immediately feel at home.
If you like modern, minimalist style and the magic of old times and things, you will certainly not find another such apartment in the whole city! The main features of the apartment are:

Unser neues einzigartiges Apartment ist ein schönes Studio-Apartment in einem charaktervollen Jugendstil-Apartmenthaus im Zentrum von Prag, im alten und romantischen ehemaligen Industrieviertel Karlín.
Im ersten Stock eines Jugendstilgebäudes mit 4 Meter hohen Decken und einem ausgezeichneten tschechischen Restaurant im Erdgeschoss (falls Sie keine Lust zum Kochen haben), ist unsere Wohnung ein kleines elegantes Studio, voller Licht und Sonne, mit großen Fenstern nach Südwesten, in Richtung des Eisenbahn-Negrelli-Viadukts aus dem 19. Neue dreifach verglaste Fenster machen die Wohnung sehr ruhig und leise.
Nur ein paar Schritte von allen wichtigen Prager Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt: Der Altstädter Ring, die Karlsbrücke und die Kleinseite, das Jüdische Viertel und der Wenzelsplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, und in der Nähe befinden sich Hunderte von historischen Bierkneipen und hochwertigen Restaurants, Geschäften und Modeclubs: Sie können zu Fuß nach Hause gehen!
Wie auch immer, für Faulheit gibt es Straßenbahnen und zwei U-Bahn-Linien (Florenc Station), die nur 4 Minuten (290 m) von unseren Türen halten!
Wir haben seine Rekonstruktion nach langer und anstrengender Arbeit beendet, aber die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und Sie werden sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlen.
