Bright modern two-room apartment at Žižkov

This modern two-room apartment can be found in the booming part of Prague called Žižkov. In the neighborhood awaits you all the imaginable services - supermarket, restaurants, bars or nightclubs. There are also a polyclinic, a pharmacy and a post office. If you like sports, you will love the nearby sports and recreational area „Pražačka“ where you can give a couple of pools, stretch your muscles at the gym or play tennis on the courts.

The location is easily accessible by public transport, the center can be reached in fifteen minutes. Only one or two minutes takes you to get on the tram stop (1, 9, 11, 58). Bus stop you can find only seven minutes by walk from the apartment (124, 155, 567).

You can find our beautiful two-room apartment on the sixth floor of a building from the 60s. The largest room in the apartment is the living room with a comfortable sofa, under the window stands a work desk that will serve as a home office. From the room, you can walk onto a balcony overlooking the greenery. Thanks to the windows which are oriented to the southwest, flow into the apartment all day sunshine.

The kitchen is very cleverly spatially designed. It is visually separated from the living room by a bar, which also serves as a working area. The back of the kitchen is utilized by a white wall with storage space and built in appliances. In addition to the fridge and freezer also included an oven or microwave. And the dirty dishes you also don´t need to be worry, just put them into the dishwasher!

The living room is adjacent to a bright bedroom. You can store clothing in the large wardrobes or dressers. You can walk through the hall to the white-brown bathroom with the bath in which you can take a quick shower in the morning thanks to the glass screens. You can wash your clothes in the washing machine which stands in the corner. A toilet is located one door further.

Sie finden unsere schöne Zweizimmerwohnung im sechsten Stock eines Gebäudes aus den 60er Jahren. Der größte Raum in der Wohnung ist das Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Sofa, unter dem Fenster steht ein Schreibtisch, der als Home-Office dienen wird. Vom Zimmer aus kann man auf einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne gehen. Dank der Fenster, die nach Südwesten ausgerichtet sind, fließen in die Wohnung den ganzen Tag Sonne.

Die Küche ist räumlich sehr klug gestaltet. Sie ist durch eine Bar, die auch als Arbeitsbereich dient, optisch vom Wohnzimmer getrennt. Die Rückseite der Küche wird durch eine weiße Wand mit Stauraum und Einbaugeräten genutzt. Neben dem Kühlschrank und dem Gefrierschrank gehören auch ein Backofen oder eine Mikrowelle dazu. Und um das schmutzige Geschirr brauchen Sie sich auch keine Sorgen zu machen, stellen Sie es einfach in die Spülmaschine!

Das Wohnzimmer grenzt an ein helles Schlafzimmer. In den großen Kleiderschränken oder Kommoden können Sie Ihre Kleidung verstauen. Durch den Flur gelangen Sie in das weiß-braune Badezimmer mit der Badewanne, in der Sie dank der Glasscheiben morgens schnell duschen können. Ihre Wäsche können Sie in der Waschmaschine waschen, die in der Ecke steht. Eine Toilette befindet sich eine Tür weiter.

Dank gut gewählter Farben hat die ganze Wohnung eine sehr gemütliche und angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung ist für einen Erwachsenen oder ein Paar geeignet.
