This elegant, recently modernized monastic building situated in the very heart of the Old Town, positioned in a tranquil courtyard off the main thoroughfare, will leave you amazed that you are living in the centre of a busy city.

The original building was a monastery with the exterior building dating back to the 16th century. The building where the apartment is positioned dates back to the 18th century and was fully renovated in 2012 and our apartment in 2017. There is no elevator but as the apartment is on the second floor , there are not many steps to climb.

Once you step out of your tranquil retreat and on to the main street (jilska) you are in the heart of it all with an abundance of restaurants, boutiques and shops in the immediate vicinity; 5 min to Charles Bridge, 3 min to Wenceslas Square and subway station,5mins to Old New Synagogue,and Old Jewish Cemetery; within a few minutes walk of all the major theatres, concert halls, museums and various entertainment venues.The fashionable Parizka St with luxury brand name stores is just across Old Town Square which is 2 mins walk away and the local food market is 1 min away in Havelska st.

There is a large kitchen dining room with two windows which allows the sun to stream into the apartment and a balcony which enables one to eat al fresco .

Dieses elegante, kürzlich modernisierte Klostergebäude im Herzen der Altstadt liegt in einem ruhigen Innenhof abseits der Hauptstraße und lässt Sie staunen, dass Sie mitten in einer geschäftigen Stadt wohnen.

Das ursprüngliche Gebäude war ein Kloster, wobei das Außengebäude aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, stammt aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und wurde 2012 vollständig renoviert, unsere Wohnung im Jahr 2017. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber da die Wohnung im zweiten Stock ist, gibt es nicht viele Stufen zu steigen.

Sobald Sie aus Ihrem ruhigen Rückzug und auf der Hauptstraße (jilska) treten, sind Sie im Herzen von allem mit einer Fülle von Restaurants, Boutiquen und Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nähe; 5 Minuten zur Karlsbrücke, 3 Minuten zum Wenzelsplatz und U-Bahn-Station, 5 Minuten zur Alten Neuen Synagoge und dem alten jüdischen Friedhof; nur wenige Gehminuten von allen wichtigen Theatern, Konzertsälen, Museen und verschiedenen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.Die modische Parizka Straße mit luxuriösen Markengeschäften ist nur über den Altstädter Ring, der 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist und der lokale Lebensmittelmarkt ist 1 Minute entfernt in Havelska Straße.
