Wohnung zu vermieten - Prag 7 - Holesovice

This apartment especially has the comfort you miss when you travel a long time, like a properly equipped kitchen, toys, books and nice atmosphere. The apartment is quite newly renovated. We have high speed 200MB/s internet and a workspace so you can easily work from the apartment. If you prefer to work in a different place the nearest co-working space is about 150 m away.

For the tv screen we also provide a HDMI cable and chrome cast. The tram number 6 which takes you to the center in about 10-15 min is located just by the front door. We have an elevator in the house. Many things to do for families and excellent food places just within a few minutes walk. The apartment is equipped with everything you would expect such as a good shower and things you normally have in a home.

We also have things for babies and small children like baby cot, changing table, high chair, potty - which you can ask for. For the summer we provide fans and for the winter we have a good heating system and extra heaters should you need one.

The bed rooms are really spacious and have comfortable beds: one double bed, one double bed sofa in the lounge and 3 single beds in the kids room - where you can also find a really fun house bed and a hammock and tent for the kids.

The toilet is located in the hallway and the bathroom is attached to the first bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and have all the tools you would expect like kettle, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, oven, hobs, and everything else you use you on a daily basis. Included in the rent also is some basics like dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, spices and basic cooking ingredients so you dont have to rush to the shop to get those things.

In Prague we also have a thriving worldschooling community which you are welcome to join with your children. We arrange many activitities for kids, and often have meet ups in the fantastic nearby located park Stromovka. There is also a nice playground just a few minutes walk away. Us, the owners, live 5 min away if you should need anything. You can ask us anything about tips about favourite places, activities for kids and entrepreneurs.

We ONLY rent out to families as this apartment is designed especially for families. You can communicate in English, Spanish or Swedish with us.

House Rules

Ive written these rules due to previous experiences and cultural differences, so it is common sense to most but might not be obvious to all.

Amount of guests and sleeping arrangements

The maximum amount of guests is no more than 4 adults and 4 children under 14. We dont accept more guests. Dont jump on the beds!

Use the apartment and everything in it as intended

The apartment is newly renovated (2017) and almost everything is brand new in it. Please take care in using the items in it appropriately. If you dont know how to use something dont be afraid to ask! We have some manuals here and you can also find user instructions by searching for manuals on google for the item you want to use.

Please eat at the table or at the sofa table. Be careful not to have food on the sofa to avoid stains. Use the wax table cloth for the dining table for small children and when doing painting or crafts.

Dont sleep on the beds without the bedding and sheets provided.

Use the bathroom as intended. Dont flood the floors and use the shower curtain.

Absolutely no smoking not even with open windows. It is easy to detect the smell of smoke as it sets in the apartment. There is a $200 fine for smoking.

No pets. This apartment is hypoallergenic. We cant allow pets whether they are yours or visitors.

No parties and please keep the noise down in the evenings and early mornings to respect the neighbours. There are old people and families mainly in the building.

Be safe. If you have small kids NEVER leave them unattended while you have open windows. Dont let the kids go up on the large storage area in the ceiling in the hall. It is not designed for heavy weight. You can store bulky and light weight things there such as suitcases and toilet paper. Dont let the kids play on their own with the gas hob or go inside of the ”heating room” either. (there is a lock for it out of reach). There is a child safe lock on the heating room door. We have fire extuinguishers in the bedroom and in the kitchen. Always check the kitchen so you dont have the gas on by mistake and turn off the tv and lights when you go out. Please check you have the keys with you when you go out as the door locks when you closes it. Please turn the key twice in the lock to close it safely.

The guest will be responsible for any damages. If an accident would happen let us know immediately rather than later or not at all. It can be extra costly to fix damages with a short notice rather than having time to sort it out.

Dont walk with shoes indoors. We provide slippers which are in the draw under the ”table” in the hall.

Check out is strictly at 11 am, but we are usually flexible if you need to leave your bags for the day and you can get them before the next guest arrive.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking or take legal action if a guest doesnt respect the house rules.

The guests are expected to leave the apartment in a tidy state so it is like how you found it yourselves, the floors being hoovered and mopped, the surfaces being wiped, beds made, and things in their places. You can add the dirty linens in the washing machine when you leave to be washed and then hang to dry. Before checking out we will inspect the apartment together with you. If the apartment isnt cleaned properly it will be dealt with according to the Flatio contract Please let us know if you have any questions.

This apartment is ONLY rented out to families. We do not accept flat sharing for students and alike. If you would like to rent the apartment you must communicate with us first before reserving it.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
