StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Welcome to our dream home! We are Sofia and Mario. We decided to make our dream come true and buy an investment home/guest house for a lifetime in our favorite village - Ericeira. We wanted a cozy home surrounded by nature to raise our children, but also a home to share with other travelers. We built this guest house from scratch with lots of love and the help of our friends. Now, we want you to enjoy it as much as we do, and we will do our best to provide you with a relaxing and truly local experience.
