StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Hello and welcome!
My name is Iryna, and I take care of several beautiful accommodation properties in Prague. I enjoy creating comfortable and welcoming places where guests can feel at home during their stay.
I offer different types of accommodation depending on the needs of my guests — from stylish city apartments to larger residential properties suitable for families and groups. All properties are fully furnished, carefully maintained, and equipped to provide a pleasant and comfortable stay whether you are visiting Prague for work, study, vacation, or relocation.
Among my main properties are:
• Parkside Apartments – modern and cozy apartments in great Prague locations, ideal for couples, families, and business travelers.
• Family Villa Residence – a residential villa building offering four spacious three-bedroom apartments, perfect for families, larger groups, or longer stays.
• Diamond Villa – an elegant property offering extra comfort, stylish interiors, and a relaxing environment.
I always do my best to make communication easy, check-in smooth, and every stay stress-free. I am happy to help my guests with any questions and make sure they have everything they need.
I truly enjoy welcoming people from all over the world and helping them have a pleasant stay in Prague.
I look forward to hosting you soon!
