Unfortunately due to a technical issue my stay wasn’t as comfortable as hoped for. Nevertheless the apartment is exactly as advertised and communication with the landlord runs smoothly.

Nice neighbourhood, feels safe, both public transportation as stores are close by.
Recommended places nearby
I am a remote worker and therefor like coffee places to work from, close to the apartment is a place called lumen which is perfect for working.

The flat is renewed, beautiful and clean. There is no air conditioner, it was very HOT inside the flat. There is no desk and chair. The electricity wiring has a problem and circuit board trips occasionally.
The landlord is good-tempered but not enough loyal about the technical problems in the flat.
