The apartment has a good location: the city center is really close and there are shops, frutaria, cafes, and pharmacies in the area. The apartment windows overlook the courtyard, so it is very quiet

There is a self-service laundry on the R. do Bonjardim if you'll need to dry your washed clothes quickly. The closest shop is Pingo Doce. A good cafe for everyday lunches is "Linos Marquês". Also, there is a Chinese shop called "Loja do XU Super Bazar" with lots of useful things (trolley bags, stationery, household chemicals, closes, phone chargers, etc.). A good frutaria with low prices is on Rua de Costa Cabral 76.

We are a young and dynamic couple with good taste and an international lifestyle. I work in interiors design and enjoys while working closely with some designers representing them and helping them market their work.
