Ramiro was an excellent landlord. He went above and beyond what we expected. He answered any questions that arose promptly and gave us advice about places to see and eat. He picked us up from the bus depot and dropped us off. Unfortunately, we had to end our lease early due to a family emergency and he was very understanding and helpful

Neighborhood
The apartment was close to everything we needed so we were able to walk everywhere and didn't need a car. There is also a bus and train about a 15 minute walk away

Ramiro is the best landlord ever! We had a lot of things in common and he is a very smart and kind person. He picked me up from the train station as it was raining and no taxi was available. Every question/issue I had, was answered immediately and friendly.
I was in Lagos for 4 weeks and worked remotely in the flat. The internet-connection was stable and fast (100Mbit), so video conferencing and also network heavy applications didn't make any problems.
The flat is clean and everything you need for your daily living is there. A coffee machine, kettle, iron and ironing board, fridge, stove ...
In the flat is a balcony, but during the day there is a lot of traffic. I'm very sensitive to noise and the neighbourhood is sometimes a little bit loud, so I had to use ear plugs during the nights.

Neighborhood
The next beach is about 15min (walk) away from the flat. If you have a bike or car, you can be there in 5min. The pedestrian zone (nice bars, shops and restaurants) is 5min away.

Recommended places nearby
All the praias in Lagos are stunning and beautiful. A must see is Ponta da Piedade with the lighthouse, Praia da Balanca and Praia do Barranco do Martinho.

Ramiro is a great host and the place has all amenities you need and is as pictured on the photos. The location is perfect, has everything on walking distance including a big supermarket. Few minutes from the old town only. Free parking in the surroundings, you’ll find a place easily. I highly recommend Ramiro and this accommodation 🙂

Restaurant Sudoueste for their day menu (7.50€ only). Restaurants Calhou and Pizza do Frances. Bar do Moinho.

I liked the apartment and landlord very much. Location is wonderful also.

Neighborhood
It's a portuguese Residencial area. Within 5 minutes you have choices of local restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, small park right outside the door.
10 min walk you reach center of the old city. Also the marina, and a bit more local beautiful beaches.

Hello,
My current landlord is great, very helpful.
He checks on me often and ask if I need anything.
He also has provided high quality furnishings and supplies for the kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is very comfortable and livable.
I highly recommend him and his property.

Neighborhood
Nice residential area, mostly portuguese people, quiet, nice small park, low rise buildings, easy to get around by walking to shops and center of town.

Recommended places nearby
Spar market, bakery pao de Marie, pingo Doce market, Vodafone, acupuncture clinic and a great shop for vitamins and supplements.
