I really like Flatio, the support team is amazing and really helpful. My only concern is that lots of scammers showed up among the possible tenants. I would consider not allowing last minute reservations within 3 days.

FLATIO is an insurance that you will be helped if you need help with your accommodation and hosting. It provides some peace of mind. Our host was excellent and dependable in every way so we did not need Flatio, yet it was a comfort to have the resource if needed.

I would rate your services very highly — everything was excellent from start to finish. What pleased me the most was the landlord's quick communication and helpfulness. Any time I had a question, I received a response very fast, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Honestly, I can't think of anything that could be improved. Everything was clear, professional, and well-organized. I really appreciated the experience and would definitely recommend it to others.
