I think would be great if we could reply to tenant's comments on our profile (like air bnb and other platforms are doing). This would bring extra transparency and mitigate some misunderstandings.

I would rate your services 10 out of 10! What pleased me the most was the breathtaking view from the apartment and how spotless and cozy everything was – it truly felt like a home away from home. Also, your warm hospitality and quick communication made everything so easy and stress-free. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. Everything was perfect – thank you so much!

Nažalost, nije moguće svu opremu imati u stanu bez naknade iz razloga što je sve potrebno održavati, čistiti i brinuti za ispravnost uređaja.

A flatio sem duvida é uma plataforma pratica só aconselhava a estrutura de alteração de preços e datas de disponibilidades deveria ser mais prática para quem prefere não utilizar o calendario.

I think Flatio works quite well — the contracts and insurance in place make it feel very reliable. One thing I’d appreciate, though, is the ability to see the rental rates upfront when browsing for a place.

A bit extensive paperwork in the rental agreement, but still OK and at least clear. After first onboarding (with ID card scan, etc.), I guess things will go smooth. Seems to be more focussed on longer-term rental than e.g. AirBnB. Service fee of 83€ for a 1 week rental fee of 553€. Interessting objects, often different from the other platforms. Good automatic communication for the rental process. Total silence regarding a feedback about broken payment processing.

Fast and clear, no hidden fees. I didn’t get responses from the other 2 properties but Adam was an excellent host.

I had a great experience with Flatio – the prices were very affordable, and the booking process was fast, smooth, and easy to navigate. What I appreciated most was how clear and straightforward everything was. The only downside is that there are fewer listings compared to some other platforms, but if you find something that fits your needs, it’s definitely worth it!

Please ask hosts who don't respond to a certain amount of requests why they aren't. Hosts with less than 10% should be asked to mention their requirements, and 0% acceptance should be delisted.
