Gostei muito da flatio porque me deram total acessoría em todas as questões e já disponibilizam um contrato de aluguel.
O que eu acho que poderia melhorar é fazer alugueis por dias, com outros valores por diária e também dar a opção de adicionar uma taxa para pets quando aceitamos pets.

You have to change your contract for cases like me. I have an apartment in Porto Portugal that has no AL licence. For this cases your contract is illegal in Portugal. I already sent this information to customer support. No answer up to now
