Nice and bright top-floor flat in a quiet and green neighbourhood with good public transport connections and many stores and restaurants. Ample storage space, modern bathroom and heating. Maybe a bit warm in the summer, but manageable due to windows in a central chute, allowing airflow through all rooms. The kitchen comes with essential cookware and plenty of dishes and cutlery. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The apartment is lovely and located in a small quiet street, within walking distance to the center. The flat is equipped with everything you may need, and an extra plus for an additional bed upstairs.

I had a top-notch stay. The apartment was very clean and functional. It was well suited for my long stay. Solid internet. Incredible location in close proximity to the metro, parliament, and the Danube. There's an Aldi across the street for shopping convenience and a couple of great bakeries and coffee shops nearby for an early morning start. The owner is responsive, invested in making your stay a good one, and generous. This makes the perfect hub for anything you'd care to see and do in Budapest.

The neighborhood is divine, you have many options for supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation is very close.

Luísa's apartment was incredible, we spent a full month here remote working and will definitely look to stay here again next time. The apartment is so spacious and has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea with a barbecue and sun loungers that we spent a lot of time using. The bedrooms are large, well decorated and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Like a lot of Madeira, the parking situation is challenging as it's on a hill, but was mastered in a few days. It is a steep hill to Ponta do Sol, but it's relatively short and doable for any relatively fit person. There's plenty of parking in Ponta do Sol too, so you can always drive. Luisa was a great host and on hand for anything we needed- I would highly recommend this apartment when staying in Madeira!

Beautiful, spacious house with all facilities you could want: swimming pool, air-conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, high-speed internet, large rain shower, comfortable beds, gated parking. We were very happy that we chose this house to stay for a longer period. Communication with Duarte was great, he was flexible and, to top it all off, offered a bi-weekly cleaning of the house - including replacement of bedding and towels. What a luxury! Also compliments to the person that is in charge of the cleaning: they did an amazing job. Wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

The apartment did not come with many amenities. It felt very barren. The area where the apartment is in, is known for not being a good area.

The landlord was very friendly and responsive. She helped with any problems that I ran into and had them fixed as soon as possible.

The mattresses are very thin and not comfortable to sleep on. The fridge and the cooking supplies were dirty when I arrived, but I was given clean sheets.

Overall had a decent experience with the apartment. For what it comes with and the area it resides in I consider the price too high. Very helpful landlord though.

Very good apartment, it has all basic house appliances, in good condition, convenient room planing.
Excellent location — stromovka park nearby, small mall less than 5 minutes by foot (with Lidl in it and a food court), Albert store by the corner, multiple small Vietnamese shops available even at night, multiple cafes. C metro line 10 minutes from there, multiple tram stops, 2 train stops (one is “zastávka”, and one is “nádraží”). You can get to the city center in 10-15 minutes by tram or in 20-30 minutes by foot.
Landlord is very nice and cooperative, upon my arrival he told me how to get to basic things in the area, and when (unfortunately) closet fell with a TV on it (TV broke, obviously), he explained what is needed in order for him to apply for the insurance (which is included when you rent through Flatio). Overall raising - 10/10
