The place is absolutely the best I found so far for that price amount in Lisbon.

Maria, the landlady, has been available since my request to book, she bothered to pick me up at the airport and as to her home, she really looked after every detail so that her tenants can enjoy a really pleasurable stay at her place.

The house is really fully equipped.

The room is welcoming and comfortable with its own AC split.

The internet connection is super fast. You are on a high floor with a nice view, although the area is a bit noisy due to the traffic at every hour. That's a minor inconvenience, though: as soon as you shut the window you're not bothered anymore.

We loved our stay at Nuno's apartment. Located in one of the best areas of Lisbon within easy walking distance to many restaurants and the center of town. The apartment itself was in a quiet street. It has a lovely homely feel and it felt like home for the month we stayed. Everything we needed was right there and Nuno was always just a call away if we needed anything more. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is really good. First of all, the location is perfect, shops, metro, city center is near. Secondly, the place is really safe. Thirdly, the communication with landlord is perfect :) I recommend these apartment for 100%.

I stayed at Abel's place for 4 months. It's a great place to stay if you are a digital nomad looking for a cute, fully functional small appartment where you can work from home. The neighborhood is so nice and typical, you are litterally in the heart of Alfama. Access by foot to the viewpoints is very easy. There is a supermarket and a metro station in less than 5 minutes walking distance, and also the wonderful Italian restaurant Casanova.

Last but not least, Abel is a great host. Extremely responsive, professional, and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay pleasant.

I had a great 2 months in the flat. Everything was exactly as pictured, and the large windows provide plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is one of the best in Prague, with plenty of lively bars, restaurants, and parks nearby. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Prague.

It's a studio flat but well organised and with all the commodities for long stays. Full of light and with a nice balcony. Good conditions if you are working from home.
Located in a very calm area, but relatively close to the center (10min by bus) and very easily accessed when you came from Vienna Airport (catch bus 88 from Most SNP and less than 10min walk).
The landlord is great, she's always available if you need something but also gives you total privacy.

A cozy place to live in, but the apartment is a little too small for more than two people. The lack of elevator is a bummer considering the flat is on the fourth floor. But it's a nice neighborhood, with every resources nearby. :)
