We loved our stay in Sanlucar. The apartment was beautiful and modern, only a few steps away from the city center. The communication with Kate was great, she was very quick to respond and had many suggestions for restaurants, things to do etc.

Hugo is a fantastic host. He communicated quickly and clearly every time I reached out to him. While he wasn't personally available for my check-in and check-out, he sent a friend and a relative each time to handle these situations and each of them was very friendly and helpful. The unit itself was very clean, had everything one might need, and the building was nice. The rooftop patio and pool is beautiful. The location is an easy walk into the center of Funchal (with an uphill return) so it is very convenient. Renters should be aware, though, that this building is in the heart of Funchal so city noise is to be expected and insulation between units is not the same as in other countries. If you're looking for an apartment that is perfect for remote work and an urban experience in Madeira, this is a great place!

Fransisco was an amazing host. Easy and convenient communication, clean home. I would 100% look to rent through Fransisco again.

Cozy apartment, bit far from the city but with the bus its only 15 mins. Nice and quiet neighborhood with a great beach.

We rented these apartments and were very satisfied with our stay. It’s a perfect place for a couple or for solo travelers. Getting to the city centre is very easy, and there is public transportation nearby, so the location is excellent. You really don’t need a taxi or a car at all. The landlord is wonderful. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but the team resolved everything very quickly — the response was almost immediate. Highly recommended!

I stayed in this apartment for 28 nights during winter and had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent right in the center of Prague, everything is within walking distance, yet the apartment is quiet. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very warm, with good heating, which was important during winter. It is well suited for a longer stay, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Very good place for 2 people, near to a lot of tourist attractions, restaurants and markets.

A wonderful, bright apartment with a truly cozy, home-like atmosphere and a stylish,modern interior. From the very first moment, everything was perfectly prepared for living. It felt as if I had already lived there for a long time. From clean bed linen and towels to tea, laundry capsules, and even hand cream, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The host provided all the necessary information in advance, including clear instructions for the household appliances as well as recommendations on places to visit in Prague. She was always happy to help, responded quickly to messages, and made the stay especially comfortable. I stayed in this apartment for a longer period while working in Prague, and therefore truly appreciated the high level of comfort. The apartment is very quiet at night, with a comfortable bed and a calm atmosphere. The neighbours are friendly and respectful, which makes the living experience even more pleasant. Thanks to the air conditioning system, the apartment offers a pleasant indoor climate both during hot summer days and cold winter weather. In summer, the window overlooking the garden adds a special charm to the space. The location is very convenient: public transport is just a minute away, the city center is easy and quick to reach, and if you have time, you can enjoy a lovely walk to the center along the promenade. There are also small shops and cozy cafés nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and will be happy to return to my “Prague home” whenever I visit this beautiful city again.

We stayed here for 7 months and Pura was always a friendly and attentive landlord, the apartment is well located 10 min walk to the city and close to the metro and subway. The inclusions are very good with dishwasher and cutlery so coming from overseas we didnt need much. Pura was always helpful and prompt in responding to any questions we had, so we have no hesitation in recommending this location for short or longer stays.

Tiszta és jól felszerelt lakást kaptam ami abszolút megfelelt arra, hogy ne csak megszálljak, hanem tényleg ott éljek egy ideig. A konyhában minden megvolt, amire szükségem lehetett, a wifi home office-hoz is stabil volt, az ágy pedig szuper kényelmes volt, amit hosszútávú tartózkodásnál különösen értékeltem. A ház nagyon csendes, ami pihenéshez is ideális, a környék pedig minden szempontból jól megközelíthető volt. A házigazdák, Ágnes és András végig segítőkészek és rugalmasak voltak, és ha bármi probléma felmerült azt gördülékenyen megoldották. Összességében nagyon kellemes élmény volt itt lakni, hosszabb távra is nyugodt szívvel tudom ajánlani. Remélem hamarosan visszatérhetek!
