Byli jsme se vsim naprosto spokojeni. Byt byl cisty a je velmi vkusne zarizen. Rovnez jsme ocenili profesionalni a lidsky pristup majitele, nemuzeme opravdu nic vytknout, vse bylo bez chyby a majiteli za vse jeste jednou moc dekujeme! Bydlelo se nam tam dobre (v byte jsme pobyvali mesic a pul). V blizkosti se nachazi spousta obchudku, restauraci, kavaren, detske hriste, moznost prochazky kolem Vltavy, atd. Vrele doporucujeme!

The apartment is in an excellent and clean condition and looks exactly like on the pictures. The device is functional and very good. The house itself is very centrally located and is not far from the train station, supermarkets and many shops . The landlords are very friendly and helpful. Very good tips for restaurants and coffees. Thank you so much for the nice time in this apartment. All in all, absolutely recommendable for a stay in Brnó.

The apratment is very nice and cosy, has absolutely everything you need to live there even long-term; the landlady Vera is extrememly nice, very cooperative and just lovely. I had a wonderful stay there! For sure I reccommend it.

Perfect studio, has everything you need. Bus stop, grocery store and park less than 30 seconds away. Amazing landlady, whenever I had an issue she came up with solutions, even if it was 10 pm, she still was there, willing to help.

S ubytovanim som bola velmi spokojna, studio je zariadene presne ako na fotografiach , plne vybavene a pre 2 ludi uplne postacujuce. Ako je pisane v predoslych recenziach, je to prerobeny pivnicny priestor , cize tam miestami bolo velmi vlhko, ale tento nedostatok (asi jediny) vyvazovala super poloha, pesia dostupnost do centra mesta, blizkost MHD a vlakovej stanice.S Michalom bola bezchybna komunikacia ,bol velmi ustretovy a ochotny, aj ked my sme za ten mesiac nepotrebovali riesit ziadny problem. Toto studio naozaj doporucujem, aj ked z dovodu tej vlhkosti asi len na kratsi a prechodny cas, k comu je vlastne aj urcene.

Pavel is a wonderful landlord who went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. We enjoyed our time at his apartment so much that we decided to rent another apartment of his a few months from now.

Brázdimský Statek (the residential complex where the apartment is located) is home to a lovely and quiet community; a place perfect for those wishing to relax or who, like me, work remotely on a daily basis. However, if you wish to regularly travel to central Prague by public transport, be prepared for some 1hr+ trips (the only downside to our stay, if you could even call it one).

The apartment itself was well decorated, well equipped, and in perfect condition; could not wish for more.

All in all: a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for two months - Aug and Sept 2018. August was extremely hot in Prague and this place was in the basement so it was VERY nice and cool every day. The location of the flat was well situated to the center of town (right above Wenceslas Square/National Museum) and getting around on the Metro and streetcar was with excellent connections. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. In the flat itself the kitchen area is quite nice (loved the large fridge/freezer) and the bed is comfortable - but this is a studio apartment (no separate bedroom) so not much privacy and it is very sparsely furnished - it would have been nice to have place to put clothing away. Internet worked really well here.
