Welcome to your winter getaway in the sun!
This is a semi-detached house, with a nice terrace. The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed (en suite), another for a child (small bed) and a third, on the ground floor, with 2 single beds (stacked that can be placed side by side or in the living room). There are also 3 bathrooms.
Upon request, we can arrange a travel cot and baby chair (free of charge). Some children's toys and books can be available.
There are 2 well equipped separate office space and fast and reliable fiber internet. There is also a TV box (with netflix and other apps)
A few minutes from the beach, it is a quiet condominium where local families live. It has one parking space, a patio and a shared pool.
It’s walking distance to a few restaurants, cafes and a market in the village of Espiche. There are bus stops just across the street and uber/bolt are also an affordable option to get around.
It’s a very quiet area, 10 min from Lagos, 5 min from Praia da Luz and 10 from Burgau beach.

Dies ist ein Doppelhaus mit einer schönen Terrasse. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer: eines mit Doppelbett (mit eigenem Bad), ein weiteres für ein Kind (kleines Bett) und ein drittes im Erdgeschoss mit 2 Einzelbetten (Stockbetten, die auch nebeneinander oder im Wohnzimmer aufgestellt werden können). Es gibt außerdem 3 Badezimmer.
Auf Anfrage können wir ein Reisebett und einen Kinderstuhl organisieren (kostenlos). Einige Kinderspielsachen und Bücher können ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Es gibt 2 gut ausgestattete separate Arbeitsbereiche sowie schnelles und zuverlässiges Glasfaserinternet. Außerdem gibt es eine TV-Box (mit Netflix und anderen Apps).
Nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt liegt eine ruhige Wohnanlage, in der lokale Familien leben. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, einen Innenhof und einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool.
Es ist zu Fuß erreichbar zu ein paar Restaurants, Cafés und einem Markt im Dorf Espiche. Direkt gegenüber gibt es Bushaltestellen, und auch Uber/Bolt sind eine erschwingliche Möglichkeit, sich fortzubewegen.
Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, 10 Minuten von Lagos, 5 Minuten von Praia da Luz und 10 Minuten vom Strand Burgau entfernt.

I'm Susana and together with my husband, Daniel, and our 7-year old daughter Olivia, we are going on a workation adventure, working remotely, so we are looking for like minded families or quiet individuals who will take good care of our home. We have rented our home in the past to other families, and we have always had good experiences.
