Wake up between the trees, hearing the birds and watching the sunrise over Mt. Kenya. Do a nice morning work-out or yoga session on the roof terrace in the sun or in the garden and make breakfast with fresh eggs from our chicken. An ideal place for remote work with an office and good speed internet. In the evening it is possible to make a nice campfire or chill at the fireplace inside. No need to worry about house chores, there is a cleaning and washing lady available who is happy to help.
The house is located 20 min drive from Nanyuki town in a very peaceful and safe location. Nanyuki has many nice shops, bars and restaurants and is a mix of different cultures. Also there are many beautiful national parks around for a safari/game drive or walking (Samburu park, Ol Pejeta, Mt. Kenya national park). The climate is amazing; always around 26 degrees, sun every day and it cools off at night to below 15 degrees for a good night's rest. Also there are hardly any mosquitos and because of the elevation of 2.000 m a lot of fresh air and no malaria.

Ein idealer Ort für Fernarbeit mit einem Büro und schnellem Internet. Abends kann man ein schönes Lagerfeuer machen oder am Kamin im Haus chillen. Um die Hausarbeit brauchen Sie sich nicht zu kümmern, denn es gibt eine Putz- und Waschfrau, die Ihnen gerne hilft.
Das Haus liegt 20 Autominuten von der Stadt Nanyuki entfernt in einer sehr ruhigen und sicheren Lage. Nanyuki hat viele schöne Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants und ist eine Mischung aus verschiedenen Kulturen. Es gibt auch viele schöne Nationalparks in der Nähe für eine Safari / Game Drive oder Wandern (Samburu Park, Ol Pejeta, Mt. Kenya National Park). Das Klima ist erstaunlich; immer um die 26 Grad, jeden Tag Sonne und nachts kühlt es auf unter 15 Grad ab, so dass man sich gut ausruhen kann. Außerdem gibt es kaum Moskitos und wegen der Höhe von 2.000 m viel frische Luft und keine Malaria.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
