Its a small home, with main kitchen / dining / living room, a bedroom with a large, coco-mat bed (excellent quality mattress) and a bathroom (includes a laundry machine). The house is a refurbished stone house. It maintains its traditional charm and is updated with modern amenities. My mom and I live right next door. There is both heating and AC.
For outdoor spaces, the house has its own veranda. There is a patio with an outdoor kitchen that is shared, front gardens (perfect for morning coffee), and a yoga garden with wooden platforms (perfect for any movement practice).
We are in the mountainside village of Dafnonas. Dafnonas is very central, making it the perfect jumping off point to explore the island. About a 20 minute drive into Chios Town, 45 minutes to the southern beaches and 20 minutes to Agia Fotia beach.

Es ist ein kleines Haus mit einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Coco-Mat-Bett (Matratze von hervorragender Qualität) und einem Badezimmer (inklusive Waschmaschine). Das Haus ist ein renoviertes Steinhaus. Es hat seinen traditionellen Charme bewahrt und wurde mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Meine Mutter und ich wohnen direkt nebenan. Es gibt sowohl eine Heizung als auch eine Klimaanlage.
Was die Außenbereiche angeht, verfügt das Haus über eine eigene Veranda. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit einer Gemeinschaftsküche im Freien, einen Vorgarten (perfekt für den Morgenkaffee) und einen Yoga-Garten mit Holzplattformen (ideal für jegliche Bewegungsübungen).
Wir befinden uns im Bergdorf Dafnonas. Dafnonas liegt sehr zentral und ist somit der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Fahrt nach Chios-Stadt dauert etwa 20 Minuten, zu den Stränden im Süden sind es 45 Minuten und zum Strand von Agia Fotia 20 Minuten.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
