Hey there! My name is Anna and my family has been renting properties in Rethymno since 2009. I’m 27 and have a master’s degree in computer science. A few years ago I started helping with the management of our family business, and it’s become something I truly enjoy. Our villas were built in 2004 and decorated with artwork from close family friends and local artists, so every space has a personal story and a warm, handmade touch. Usually we rent the villas during the tourist season. However this year we'd love to host long‐term guests, especially digital nomads or anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay during the off-season. If you’re interested in a longer stay during the summer as well, I’m always happy to chat and see what we can arrange. You’ll likely meet my parents, Maria and Kostas, during your stay as they are the heart of our little family project. And of course, you can reach me anytime by phone or through the app.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
