The house is located in Olula de Castro, a small and peaceful village in the province of Almería, surrounded by mountains and beautiful natural landscapes.
It is a charming traditional village house that I have carefully decorated over the past year, combining the character of the original home with comfortable and practical touches. It is a cosy place where you can slow down, enjoy the views and experience the tranquillity of village life.
One of the highlights of the house is the terrace, where you can sit outside, have breakfast, read or simply enjoy the surrounding landscape. The rooftop terrace offers an even more open view of the mountains and the village.
Olula de Castro is ideal for people looking for peace, nature and a slower pace of life. You can walk through the village, explore the surrounding countryside and enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Almerían mountains.
Although it is a quiet and rural location, the house is a good base for exploring the province of Almería by car, including its villages, natural landscapes and the Mediterranean coast.
If you are looking for a place away from the crowds, where you can work remotely, rest and enjoy nature, this little house offers a peaceful and authentic experience of inland Almería.

Es ist ein charmantes traditionelles Dorfhaus, das ich im letzten Jahr sorgfältig eingerichtet habe, wobei ich den Charakter des ursprünglichen Hauses mit komfortablen und praktischen Details kombiniert habe. Es ist ein gemütlicher Ort, an dem man zur Ruhe kommen, die Aussicht genießen und die Beschaulichkeit des Dorflebens erleben kann.
Eines der Highlights des Hauses ist die Terrasse, auf der man draußen sitzen, frühstücken, lesen oder einfach die umliegende Landschaft genießen kann. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen noch weiteren Blick auf die Berge und das Dorf.
Olula de Castro ist ideal für Menschen, die Ruhe, Natur und ein langsameres Lebenstempo suchen. Man kann durch das Dorf spazieren, die umliegende Landschaft erkunden und die spektakuläre Kulisse der Berge von Almería genießen.

My name is Victoria, and a little over a year ago I discovered this small house in Olula de Castro, a quiet village in Almería that captivated me from the very first moment. I bought it because I was looking for exactly that: a small, special and different place where I could disconnect from my usual routine and enjoy the peace and quiet, the views and village life. The house had a lot of potential, although it needed some care and personality. Over the past year, I have decorated it little by little. I didn't want an impersonal house or a renovation simply following current trends. I wanted it to have character, to feel warm and welcoming, and for anyone who walked through the door to feel that it was a home that had been loved and cared for. I chose every detail carefully and took my time: the colours, textiles, furniture and decorative pieces. Some items have been restored or given a new life, while others were chosen specifically for the house. It has been a very personal project, and I have really enjoyed watching this little space gradually become what I had imagined. The house retains the charm of traditional village homes, while offering a comfortable and contemporary atmosphere. Above all, it has the kind of tranquillity that is increasingly difficult to find when we are surrounded by noise and constant activity. Olula de Castro is a place to slow down, go for walks, discover the landscape, read, cook at your own pace or simply sit back and enjoy the surroundings. Now I would love for other people to be able to enjoy the house as much as I have over this past year. I hope that when you arrive, you will have the same feeling I had when I first discovered it: that you have found a little refuge in a very special place.
