On Flatio since April 2026
A fully furnished three-bedroom house for up to six guests, with the whole property to yourselves. Every bedroom has a double bed, and the home is fully equipped.
The house has a living room with a large corner sofa and 60-inch smart TV, and a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and a separate dryer. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a second toilet and sink upstairs keeps mornings moving. Two of the bedrooms have a large cupboard for a full set of clothes.
Fast fibre broadband is included, along with heating and electricity. Outside there is a private garden and a free driveway for two cars or vans. Check-in is self-service with a lockbox.
The house is on a quiet residential street in Knutsford, about a mile from the cafés, shops and restaurants of King Street. Tatton Park is a short drive away, Manchester Airport is around 20 minutes by car and Manchester city centre about 30. Bus services in the town are limited, so a car is recommended.

Das Haus verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Ecksofa und einem 60-Zoll-Smart-TV sowie eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und separatem Trockner. Das Hauptbadezimmer hat eine ebenerdige Dusche, und eine zweite Toilette mit Waschbecken im Obergeschoss sorgt für einen reibungslosen Morgen. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben einen großen Schrank, in dem eine komplette Garderobe Platz findet.
Schnelles Glasfaser-Internet ist ebenso inklusive wie Heizung und Strom. Draußen gibt es einen privaten Garten und eine kostenlose Einfahrt für zwei Autos oder Transporter. Der Check-in erfolgt selbstständig über einen Schlüsselkasten.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße in Knutsford, etwa eine Meile von den Cafés, Geschäften und Restaurants der King Street entfernt. Tatton Park ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, der Flughafen Manchester ist mit dem Auto in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar und das Stadtzentrum von Manchester in etwa 30. Die Busverbindungen in der Stadt sind begrenzt, daher wird ein Auto empfohlen.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
