Spend the winter on Portugal's Silver Coast in a bright, sunny townhouse in the village of Foz do Arelho, where the Óbidos Lagoon meets the Atlantic. The beach, the lagoon, cafés, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, and Caldas da Rainha, with large supermarkets, a hospital and a weekly market, is about 10 minutes by car. Lisbon is around 50 minutes away.
The house has three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private balcony, so it works equally well for a family, a couple who want a home office and a guest room, or friends sharing. The living and dining area opens onto a private kitchen patio for breakfast in the sun. Upstairs, the roof terrace has lounge seating and views over the village to the lagoon; it is the spot for sunset dinners even in winter.
Outside there is a swimming pool with a poolside café area, a secure underground garage and free parking at the door.
For remote workers: fast fibre internet and a sit/stand desk.
Pets are welcome.

Im Obergeschoss bietet die Dachterrasse Loungemöbel und einen Blick über das Dorf bis zur Lagune; sie ist der Ort für Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang, selbst im Winter.
Draußen gibt es einen Swimmingpool mit einem Café-Bereich am Pool, eine sichere Tiefgarage und kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
