Das Dreibettzimmer (mit Balkon) und das kleine Doppelzimmer haben einen herrlichen Meerblick. Die Etage wird durch ein sehr großes Badezimmer ergänzt, ebenfalls komplett mit Dusche/Badewanne... ; )

Oben können Sie, wenn Sie mit dem Auto kommen, Ihr Auto sogar auf dem Grundstück parken. Ehrlich gesagt empfehlen wir Ihnen jedoch, da es vor dem Haus kostenlose Parkplätze gibt, das Auto direkt vor dem Haus abzustellen, das ist bequemer und einfacher!


Aus logistischer Sicht ist die Lage wirklich hervorragend, denn mit dem Auto erreichen Sie in nur etwa 10-15 Minuten einige schöne Orte in der Nähe wie San Vito und Macari, Erice und Valderice, Trapani und seine Salinen, und wenn Sie etwas mehr Zeit haben (etwa 20-25 Minuten), können Sie nach Castellammare und Segesta mit seinen Tempeln und Thermen fahren, zwei wirklich wunderschöne Orte!

Bei Bedarf stehen Ihnen eine Waschmaschine und sogar ein Trockner zur Verfügung!

Das obere Haus hat drei Zimmer, alle mit Klimaanlage (Kühlen und Heizen (Wärmepumpe)).
Die untere Wohnung hat eine einzige fest installierte Klimaanlage (Kühlen) und Heizung (Wärmepumpe) im Wohnbereich, die das ganze Haus kühlen und heizen kann. Der Pool steht das ganze Jahr über zur Verfügung. Angesichts des Klimas auf Sizilien kann er fast das ganze Jahr über problemlos genutzt werden. Auch in den wenigen weniger warmen Zeiten (nur Januar und Februar) kann es leicht heiße Tage geben, sodass Sie den Pool buchstäblich das ganze Jahr über nutzen können; aus diesem Grund wird er ständig gewartet.
Deshalb kann es vorkommen, dass alle 5-7 Tage (je nach Jahreszeit) für ein paar Stunden routinemäßige Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden müssen und dass der Pool in diesen 2-3 Stunden, vor und nach den Arbeiten, aus Vorsichtsgründen nicht genutzt werden kann.
