Our house, a duplex one bedroom house, is part of our site "Páteo das Buganvílias – Vila Marques”, located in the heart of our neighborhood, Campolide. This is a private recently restored villa, with 5 independent houses, all for mid or long term stays like yours. The outside area is common to our five houses, like it used to be in a traditional villa. The yard has a small garden where our guests can enjoy the good weather and sun of Lisbon.
Staying at one of our Vila Marques houses is an unique opportunity to experience living in the heart of a traditional neighborhood, full of life and it's residents, local commerce, restaurants, etc. The downtown is very close, reachable within 15 min by bus or 30/40 min walk (up to Chiado or Rossio, for example) and the neighborhoods around ours are also great to explore. Moving around is quite easy by transports, even to go out of town as there's a train station nearby.

Having an independent house integrated in a shared outside area is the perfect setting to have your privacy but also get to know your neighbors, if you wish to - we have many guests from all over the world that come to live, work or study in Lisbon for a few months or even years.

The house has, at entry level (ground floor), the living room, the open kitchen and one full bathroom. On the upper floor is the bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined to make a large double bed), another full bathroom, a small closet area and a little balcony overlooking the pateo.

The house is fully furnished for a comfortable stay, including AC, good WiFi and cable TV. All bills and legal taxes are included, as well as house linen (provided on a weekly basis) and any help or maintenance you may need so you don't have to worry about the house, but fully enjoy it! Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be requested as an extra service if desidered.
For guests with a car, it is possible to park in the streets (paid with parking meter) and we have parking spaces in a garage nearby that we can rent for a small additional fee, if needed.

Unser Haus, ein Doppelhaus mit einem Schlafzimmer, ist Teil unserer Website "Páteo das Buganvílias - Vila Marques", im Herzen unseres Viertels, Campolide. Es handelt sich um eine private, kürzlich restaurierte Villa mit 5 unabhängigen Häusern, alle für mittel- oder langfristige Aufenthalte wie den Ihren. Der Außenbereich ist unseren fünf Häusern gemeinsam, so wie es früher in einer traditionellen Villa war. Der Hof hat einen kleinen Garten, in dem unsere Gäste das gute Wetter und die Sonne Lissabons genießen können.
Der Aufenthalt in einem unserer Häuser in Vila Marques ist eine einmalige Gelegenheit, das Leben im Herzen eines traditionellen Viertels zu erleben, das voller Leben ist, mit seinen Bewohnern, Geschäften, Restaurants, usw. Das Stadtzentrum liegt ganz in der Nähe und ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Bus oder in 30/40 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (z. B. bis zum Chiado oder Rossio), und auch die umliegenden Stadtteile lassen sich gut erkunden. Die Fortbewegung ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln recht einfach, auch außerhalb der Stadt, da es einen Bahnhof in der Nähe gibt.

Das Haus hat auf der Eingangsebene (Erdgeschoss) das Wohnzimmer, die offene Küche und ein komplettes Badezimmer. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer (mit zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem großen Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können), ein weiteres Badezimmer, ein kleiner Abstellraum und ein kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf den Pateo.

Das Haus ist komplett möbliert für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt, einschließlich AC, gute WiFi und Kabel-TV. Alle Rechnungen und Steuern sind im Preis inbegriffen, ebenso wie die Wäsche (wöchentlich) und jede Hilfe oder Wartung, die Sie benötigen, damit Sie sich nicht um das Haus kümmern müssen, sondern es in vollen Zügen genießen können! Der Reinigungsservice während des Aufenthalts ist nicht inbegriffen, kann aber als zusätzliche Dienstleistung angefordert werden, falls gewünscht.
