One bedroom with gallery plus living room with an open plan kitchen on 47 m2 with a stunning 4.2m high ceiling throughout. The apartment overlooks the inside patio of the building therefor its very quiet with no street noise. Triple glazed modern windows with aluminium rolling blinds also help to isolate noise and improve the insulation.
The bedroom has a 140*200 double bed, built in cabinets and a small standing gallery (6m2) currently furnished as a study + wardrobe space.

Die Gebäudepolitik besagt, dass es keinen störenden Lärm während der Nachtstunden (22.00 - 8.00 Uhr) geben darf, daher können gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen und Versammlungen nur bis 22.00 Uhr in der Wohnung abgehalten werden. Im Falle der Verletzung der Gebäude Politik mit verursacht jede Störung mit der lokalen Gemeinschaft werde ich das Mietverhältnis nach einer Warnung zu beenden.
