Wir bieten eine Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Toilette und Balkon in einem Einfamilienhaus. Von der großen, offenen Terrasse kommen wir in die geräumige Küche im Erdgeschoss, die gemeinsam genutzt werden kann. (Was allerdings nicht bedeutet, dass ständig zur gleichen Zeit der Kochlöffel geschwungen werden muss.) Wir wohnen etwas abseits der Stadt, mitten in der Natur. Ruhe und Wohlfühlatmosphäre sind also garantiert. Zagreb ist in knapp 50 Minuten und die Adriaküste in knapp 90 Minuten erreichbar. Wer einen Ort sucht, an dem er sich vom ersten Moment an zu Hause fühlt, ist bei uns genau richtig.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und ist leicht über eine kleine Außentreppe erreichbar. Wi-Fi ist über das Haus-Modem verfügbar. Von Highspeed kann allerdings keine Rede sein.
Die Wohnung (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen) ist vollständig möbliert. Um stets unabhängig und mobil zu sein, würde ich eine Anreise mit dem Auto empfehlen.
Da wir in einer ländlichen Gegend wohnen, wo Hunde und Katzen sich überall frei bewegen, könnte es eventuell mit Haustieren zu kleineren Problemen kommen. Dies bitte ich zu berücksichtigen.
Da unser Hahn, Ernesto, bereits in aller Frühe lautstark seine Anwesenheit bekundet, werden die Gäste mit stets frischen Eiern von frei laufenden Hühnern entschädigt.

Wir hatten bislang die Wohnung noch nie vermietet und können daher auf keine gemachten Erfahrungen zurückgreifen. Wir sind ein Ehepaar, das allerdings auf eine lange Erfahrung im Beherbergen von Freunden und Gästen zurückblicken kann. Ich würde uns als „entspannt“ bezeichnen und nicht dafür bekannt, schnell in übertriebene Hektik zu verfallen. *** We have no previous experience of renting out the property as we have never done so before. We are a married couple. However, we have a long history of entertaining friends and guests. We are not known for being overly hectic and would describe ourselves as 'relaxed'.

Очень уютное жилье с прекрасным видом на природу. Особенно нам запала в душу терасса. Недалеко от жилья находится заповедник. Замечательные хозяева, которые помогали нам во всем, что требовалось, быстро отвечали на сообщение, встретили и провожали на вокзал, помогали с покупкой продуктов. Мы очень довольны проведенным месяцем и он определенно останется в нашей памяти надолго.

Район находится в лесу. Везде есть асфальтированные дороги, но они достаточно крутые. До ближайшего магазина и автобусной остановке по меньшей мере 6 км, так что лучше путешествовать на автомобиле.

Amazing off-grid house located in nature. The peace and quiet were wonderful. The hosts were very thoughtful and friendly, and we had a fantastic time.

You do share the house and the kitchen with the owners, which I’m not sure was mentioned in the listing. For us, this was totally fine and actually a nice change from typical Airbnb stays where you don't interact with the hosts.

However, as we work remotely, the internet connection wasn’t sufficient for our needs.

It might not be for everyone, as it’s really quite remote.

😅 There is literally nothing. It’s nice to go for walks. By car there is a tiny village that has a supermarket. The butcher there has great meat.
