Our Little House is located in Zadar, Croatia in the neighborhood called Diklo . If you prefer long walks along the beach, lot of sun, garden view (olive trees and grapes) and no stairs... Then this is the perfect apartment for you! The beach is only 2 min walking distance. It is very quiet neighborhood ideal for families. Practically no criminal rate, very safe and friendly environment. You can leave your door open and no one will try to enter your home. Near you have everything that you need: shops, restaurants, bakery. The parking is secured and free! As well as WiFi! In our apartment you can work without any disturbance surrounded by beautiful olive trees and small patio where you can soak up the sun (small table and chairs are also on the patio for the full enjoyment). We also have grill... If you like to cook and want to try local dishes such as grilled fish or grilled ćevapi than it is good to have it. :)
It is one studio apartment equipped with everything necessary for normal living. You have a microwave, fridge, dishes, android TV, small closet, sofa... Laundry is separated from the apartment with its own private entrance and the parking is in front of the house.

Sie können Ihre Tür offen lassen und niemand wird versuchen, Ihr Haus zu betreten. In der Nähe haben Sie alles, was Sie brauchen: Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bäckerei. Der Parkplatz ist gesichert und kostenlos! Sowie WiFi! In unserer Wohnung können Sie ungestört arbeiten, umgeben von schönen Olivenbäumen und einer kleinen Terrasse, wo Sie die Sonne genießen können (kleiner Tisch und Stühle sind auch auf der Terrasse für den vollen Genuss). Wir haben auch einen Grill... Wenn Sie gerne kochen und wollen, um lokale Gerichte wie gegrillten Fisch oder gegrillte ćevapi versuchen, dann ist es gut, es zu haben. :)

I've been renting for 9 years now. So far we had good experience with our tenants. We try to help our tenants and to ensure that they enjoy living in our apartment. We fully respect their privacy! Our apartment is completely separated from our entrance so we are near in case they need something but at the same time it is like living in their own small apartment.

Maja ist eine sehr herzliche und zuverlässige Vermieterin, wenn man was brauchte hat sie immer zeitnah geantwortet und auch ein paar Tipps gegeben. Viel Kommunikation herrschte darüber hinaus nicht, das hat mich aber keineswegs gestört.
Die Unterkunft ist eine süße vorübergehende Alternative zur herkömmlichen Wohnung, sie war aufgeräumt (außer ein paar Spinnweben) und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Am meisten gefiel mir die schöne Lage des Bungalow, keine 100 Meter weiter ist direkt das Meer, die Nachbarschaft ist friedlich und sicher, und zuletzt die ganzen tollen Katzen, die ab und an zu Besuch kamen.
Würde ich jeden empfehlen, der etwas weiter außerhalb der Stadt verbleiben möchte.

I was there for 3 months. It is a really nice little house, the sea is 100 meters away, and the beach is really pretty. Smaller shops are also in walking distance. With Maja and her husband we didn't communicate a lot, but just because there was no need for it. But when we did, they were super kind and approachable. In the neighborhood there live (when I was there) a bunch of super happy children, whose laughter gave an extra very nice happy vibe to the house. I had a great time.

Very nice, very safe, very clean. I was in the winter, so it was also calm, in the summer it is probably a lot busier.

Recommended places nearby
I went for a month to La Palestra gym, I had a monthly morning membership card for 40 Eur, with which you can go every day till 2pm. It was a good deal.

The whole area is nice, I walked and ran a lot around.
