Adorable flat in the City of Messina but in a highly sought-after suburban neighborhood of Sant’Agata. This unit is in a small complex that has private access to the beach below. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarket, bakery, cinema, restaurants, and a pub. The area is frequented by students attending the University of Messina and the Doctors working at the Papardo Hospital.
A convenient bus brings you to downtown Messina, the central train station, and the ferry to Calabria. The entire riviera lights up for summer with lidos and nighttime entertainment, but the area is lively year round. It’s a rare mix of city and sea life.
The unit itself has everything you need to live comfortably and even includes. If you’re a digital nomad, you’ll love the 1gb fiber internet. There’s, of course, a washing machine, dishwasher, a/c, heat pump, and an amazing furnished terrace where you’d enjoy the view of the port of Messina while sipping coffee (or a nice aperitivo!).

Alles, was Sie brauchen, ist zu Fuß erreichbar: Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Kino, Restaurants und eine Kneipe. Die Gegend wird von den Studenten der Universität von Messina und den Ärzten des Papardo-Krankenhauses frequentiert.
Ein Bus bringt Sie bequem in die Innenstadt von Messina, zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Fähre nach Kalabrien. Die gesamte Riviera ist im Sommer mit Strandbädern und nächtlicher Unterhaltung belebt, aber die Gegend ist das ganze Jahr über lebendig. Es ist eine seltene Mischung aus Stadt- und Meeresleben.
Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles, was man zum Leben braucht, und ist sogar inklusive. Wenn Sie ein digitaler Nomade sind, werden Sie das 1gb Glasfaser-Internet lieben. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Je tenais à vous exprimer toute ma gratitude. Confier son enfant à un pays étranger n'est jamais anodin pour un parent, et savoir que Maëlle était logée dans un endroit aussi soigné, et surtout accueillie par quelqu'un d'aussi attentionné, a été pour nous un immense soulagement.
L'appartement était impeccable, parfaitement situé et bien plus agréable que tout ce que nous aurions pu espérer. Mais c'est surtout votre disponibilité et votre bienveillance qui ont fait la différence : vous avez été bien davantage qu'un propriétaire, vous avez été un repère pour elle dans une ville qu'elle ne connaissait pas.
