Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum des Dorfes, direkt hinter der Kirche, wo aus dem Inneren des Hauses in der Küche Terrasse, genießen einen Kaffee oder zu Mittag essen, können wir den Glockenturm der Kirche zu sehen.
Die Wohnung ohne Treppe ist eigentlich ein Erdgeschoss mit einer kleinen Terrasse im Inneren, mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und einem dritten Schlafzimmer als Arbeitsbereich, mit Internet-Router-WiFi 600 mb ausgestattet.
Ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage mit warm/kalt Pumpe.
Voll ausgestattete Küche und Elektrogeräte, Geschirr und alles, was Sie brauchen.
Es gibt auch eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner (auf Anfrage).
Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben ein Doppelbett und das andere Schlafzimmer hat zwei getrennte Betten, alle mit Bettwäsche, also ausgestattet für maximal 4 Personen.
Cas Toret' ist ideal, um eine Saison zu verbringen, entweder um an eigenen Projekten zu arbeiten, sich auszuruhen oder vorübergehend für ein paar Monate zu arbeiten, oder für jede Gelegenheit, die vorübergehend ist und mit einem Mindestvertrag von einem Monat.
Es gibt auch einen Außenparkplatz vor dem Eingang des Hauses.
Das Dorf Buger ist eines der Dörfer Mallorcas, das noch seinen alten Charme bewahrt hat, wenn man durch seine Straßen geht und die Ruhe einatmet, die diese privilegierten Orte auf Mallorca auszeichnet.
In der Nähe von Buger befindet sich Sa Pobla, ein weiteres nahe gelegenes Dorf, in dem wir alles finden, was wir brauchen, mit Supermärkten, Geschäften...
In etwa 12 Kilometern Entfernung erreichen wir die Bucht von Alcúdia und auch die Bucht von Pollensa mit ihren feinen Sandstränden. Sowohl Puerto Pollensa als auch Puerto de Alcúdia sind familiäre Urlaubsorte, in denen man sowohl den Trubel des touristischen Treibens als auch die Ruhe und Entspannung der Küste und des Mittelmeers findet.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
