This is a newly refurbished studio flat, ground floor, with its own street entrance. It is in the riverside village of Cherta. It has 21 meters, consisting of a kitchen /living area, a new shower room and a sleeping area with two adult sized single beds. (One bed could be moved for single occupancy.) It comes fully furnished and equipped.
There is air conditioning and heating.
There is a separate washing machine in the adjoining house. WIFI, electricity and water are included.
Cherta has two supermarkets, a fish shop, a nice coffee shop / bakery, post office and a gas station. There are four bars, three that do food, and a one star Michelin restaurant.
The Ebro river and canal are at the end of the street and the village is surrounded by mountains. It is popular with cyclists, walkers and hikers, as the famous Via Verde (Green Way) passes through the village, on the old railway line, going up to the mountains and down to the coast. There is kayak and bike rental and a horse riding school.
In the summer there is an outdoor swimming pool with a bar/restaurant that opens in the evening also.
The beach is 30 minutes by car. A 20 minute bus trip takes you to the nearest large town, Tortosa, that has good bus and train connections to Barcelona, Valencia, Tarragona, etc. The town has all the usual amenities: shops, indoor market, bars and restaurants.
Es handelt sich um ein neu renoviertes Studio-Apartment im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Eingang von der Straße aus. Es befindet sich im Dorf Cherta am Flussufer. Es ist 21 Quadratmeter groß und besteht aus einem Wohn-/Küchenbereich, einem neuen Duschbad und einem Schlafbereich mit zwei Einzelbetten in Erwachsenengröße. (Ein Bett kann für Einzelbelegung verschoben werden.) Sie ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet.
Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und eine Heizung.
Im Nachbarhaus steht eine separate Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. WLAN, Strom und Wasser sind im Preis inbegriffen.
In Cherta gibt es zwei Supermärkte, einen Fischladen, ein nettes Café/Bäckerei, ein Postamt und eine Tankstelle. Es gibt vier Bars, von denen drei Speisen anbieten, sowie ein mit einem Michelin-Stern ausgezeichnetes Restaurant.
Der Ebro und der Kanal liegen am Ende der Straße, und das Dorf ist von Bergen umgeben. Es ist bei Radfahrern, Spaziergängern und Wanderern beliebt, da der berühmte Via Verde (Grüner Weg) auf der alten Eisenbahnstrecke durch das Dorf führt, hinauf in die Berge und hinunter zur Küste. Es gibt einen Kajak- und Fahrradverleih sowie eine Reitschule.
Im Sommer gibt es ein Freibad mit einer Bar/einem Restaurant, das auch abends geöffnet ist.
Der Strand ist 30 Autominuten entfernt. Eine 20-minütige Busfahrt bringt Sie in die nächste größere Stadt, Tortosa, die über gute Bus- und Bahnverbindungen nach Barcelona, Valencia, Tarragona usw. verfügt. Die Stadt bietet alle üblichen Annehmlichkeiten: Geschäfte, eine Markthalle, Bars und Restaurants.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
