I'm offering a homey and cozy apartment next to Móricz Zsigmond körtét - Tram 6, 19, 47, 49, etc, Metro 4, Bus 7 and many others are just a few minutes away! A cheap and big Lidl supermarket is also a few minutes by foot!
The apartment has a big living room with a mezzanine level bed, a big kitchen with gas stove, eqipped with many kitchen appliances. Also has a huge bathroom and dining table. All rooms are air conditioned (not visible on the photos, they are newly installed). The living room has a huge TV with smart TV extension.
Unbeatable location to universities ELTE and BME as well as fantastic proximity to the pubs and restaurants of Bartók Béla Boulevard!

Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Zwischengeschoss Bett, eine große Küche mit Gasherd, ausgestattet mit vielen Küchengeräten. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Bad und einen Esstisch. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert (nicht sichtbar auf den Fotos, sie sind neu installiert). Das Wohnzimmer hat einen großen Fernseher mit Smart-TV-Erweiterung.
Unschlagbare Lage zu den Universitäten ELTE und BME sowie fantastische Nähe zu den Kneipen und Restaurants des Bartók Béla Boulevards!

All of my apartments are freshly renovated and in excellent condition, I'm very attentive about this because that's what I would want as a guest too. My apartments are excellent for a mid- or long term stay as there's plenty of kitchen appliances and supplies as you can see on the photos. My studios are air conditioned. If there's any technical issue, I'm quick to help at all times. I hope to see you soon and wish you an excellent stay!
