Letna is the most hipster and alternative place where to live in Prague. There are two parks in walking distance - Letnenské sady and Stromovka. Public transport is a minute walk from the flat, and it is 15 minutes max to get anywhere in the center.
The flat is silent, in 6th floor, pets are allowed, it is private, so no neighbors peeking at you.
Some changes you would like can be arranged.
Flat offers huge balcony, AC, newly reconstructed kitchen with induction stove, microwave, fridge, oven and dishwasher, bar with 2 bar chairs.
Bathroom offers shower with smaller bathtub, washing machine. Infrared bathroom heater and window. Unfortunately, the bathroom does not have a door, if necessary, we can change that.

Letna ist der hipste und alternativste Ort zum Wohnen in Prag. Zwei Parks sind zu Fuß erreichbar – Letnenské sady und Stromovka. Die Haltestelle der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt, und in maximal 15 Minuten sind Sie überall im Zentrum.

In der Nähe (zu Fuß erreichbar) gibt es viele Bars, Pubs, Märkte, Geschäfte (Lidl, Billa) und Restaurants.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
