Wohnung zu vermieten - Auckland

Was in Europa die Südseite ist, ist auf der Südhalbkugel die Nordseite. Wir haben ganztägig und ganzjährig die Sonne im Apartment - sofern sie scheint. Das Apartment grenzt an die Aicken Reserve mit dem Deep Creek im Norden. Es gibt eine Anlegestelle für kleine Boote, Paddelboote und Surfboards. Der Torbay Sailing Club liegt direkt gegenüber und es gibt den Awakino Sea Scout Club für die junge Generation. Der Strand ist ungefähr zwei Minuten zu laufen und ist ohne Zweifel einer der besten Strände die wir in Auckland haben. Er liegt etwas geschützt und bietet daher ideale Bedingungen für Schwimmen und verschiedene Arten des Wassersport. Natürlich ist Segeln hier zu Hause. Wir haben einige der grössten Regattas auf der Südhalbkugel, unter anderm die Sir Peter Blake Regatta Anfang Dezember, und die Oceanbridge Regatta Ende Januar.

Das Apartment ist ausreichend für die Ankunft bestückt. Ganz in der Tradition in Neuseeland gibt es frische Milch im Kühlschrank. Das Apartment hat eine Nespresso Machine und Coffee Capsules und ist damit bereit, einen leckeren Cafe Latte oder Flat White zu machen. Ausserdem gibt es verschiedene Sorten Twinings Tee, Milo (eine Kiwi Spezialität - Schoko-Pulver), und ein paar leckere Kekse. Das Apartment hat eine Mikrowelle, eine Heißluftfritteuse, einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher. Natürlich sind ein Herd und ein regulärer Ofen teil der Ausstattung.
