Hi! We are Alessandro & Hanna. We are a professional musical duo: Alessandro is an Opera singer and Conservatory professor, and Hanna is a Jazz singer. Although we’ve been living in Germany for years, we’ve poured our hearts into renovating this "Smart" gem in Alessandro’s hometown, just steps from the sea and where he grew up. As a couple constantly on the move for concerts and tours, we chose this location for its unbeatable balance: 300 meters from the beach, a 2-minute walk to the train station connecting you to Rome’s center, and only 20 minutes from Fiumicino Airport (FCO). Since we work remotely ourselves, we’ve made the flat "Super Smart" with high-speed Wi-Fi and a keyless Smart Lock system for stress-free check-ins via smartphone. We love pets, but unfortunately, we can’t always allow animals due to family allergies. If you’d like to bring a furry friend, please contact us in advance and we’ll see if it’s a good fit. We speak Italian, German, and English fluently—and we’d love a chance to practice our Spanish with you, too!
