This bright and thoughtfully designed one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a boutique building fully renovated in 2025 and entirely managed by Homeclub. It features a street-facing balcony and a large window, offering natural light and a pleasant connection to the atmosphere of Praça da Armada.
The space
This exterior-facing apartment on the first floor has 35 sqm and capacity for three people.
Living and dining area
The living-dining area features functional furniture with clean lines and natural materials. It includes a round table with matching chairs, a light armchair with a metal frame, a sofa bed and an adjustable floor lamp. In front of the seating area there is a wall-mounted television. The open kitchen is fitted with white cabinetry and a warm-toned stone backsplash that adds texture to the space.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and small appliances (toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker), as well as a dishwasher. A vacuum cleaner is also provided.
Bedroom
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two bedside tables.
Bathroom
The apartment has one fully equipped bathroom with shower.
Guest access
Please note: as this is a protected historic building, it does not have an elevator. Access to this first-floor apartment is via stairs.

Die offene Küche ist mit weißen Schränken und einer warmtonigen Steinrückwand ausgestattet, die dem Raum Textur verleiht.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr und Kleingeräten (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Entsafter, Kaffeemaschine) sowie einem Geschirrspüler. Ein Staubsauger ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Nachttischen eingerichtet.
Badezimmer
Die Wohnung hat ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche.
