A beautiful, quiet, and well-appointed apartment featuring all-new appliances; it stays warm in winter and cool in summer. It offers a pleasant living space with high ceilings and other charming interior details. Situated on the second floor, it is high enough to avoid street noise yet convenient for daily access. Current internet speeds are 300 Mbps for downloads and 30 Mbps for uploads; however, tenants requiring faster internet can have it arranged prior to move-in. All appliances are new and fully functional. The apartment is located 450 meters from the main square and 200 meters from Zrinjevac Park, with numerous restaurants and eateries nearby.
Eine schöne, ruhige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit komplett neuen Haushaltsgeräten; im Winter bleibt es warm und im Sommer angenehm kühl. Sie bietet einen angenehmen Wohnraum mit hohen Decken und weiteren charmanten Einrichtungsdetails. Da sie sich im zweiten Stock befindet, ist sie hoch genug, um Straßenlärm zu vermeiden, und dennoch bequem für den täglichen Zugang. Die derzeitige Internetgeschwindigkeit beträgt 300 Mbit/s im Download und 30 Mbit/s im Upload; Mieter, die eine höhere Geschwindigkeit benötigen, können dies jedoch vor dem Einzug veranlassen. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
