Welcome to our cozy studio in a new building, in a very convenient part of Prague. The studio is quite compact, so we would recommend it especially for one person or a couple. At the same time, the space is practical and well organised, making it comfortable even for a longer stay.
The apartment has central heating and a cooling system for the summer, so you can stay comfortable throughout the year.
The kitchenette is small but well equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, kettle, coffee machine and a good-sized fridge with freezer. There is also a large wardrobe, so you have plenty of space for your clothes and belongings.
The private bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, which can be particularly useful if you're staying for more than just a few days.
In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa bed. During the day, it can be folded away, giving you more space to move around and making the studio feel more open. At night, it can be used as an additional sleeping place.
The location
The location is one of the things we particularly like about this apartment. Anděl, with its Metro Line B station, is nearby, as well as an important tram hub and a bus terminal. You'll find plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and other everyday services in the surrounding streets.
The historic centre is also within easy reach, so you can enjoy the convenience of staying in a modern neighbourhood while still being close to Prague's main sights.

Die Kochnische ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet, mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und einem geräumigen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Kleiderschrank, sodass Sie reichlich Platz für Ihre Kleidung und Ihre Sachen haben.
Das eigene Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine, was besonders praktisch ist, wenn Sie länger als nur ein paar Tage bleiben.
Im Wohnbereich befindet sich ein bequemes Schlafsofa. Tagsüber lässt es sich zusammenklappen, wodurch Sie mehr Bewegungsfreiheit haben und das Studio offener wirkt. Nachts kann es als zusätzlicher Schlafplatz genutzt werden.

Der U-Bahnhof Anděl der Linie B liegt ganz in der Nähe, ebenso wie ein wichtiger Straßenbahnknotenpunkt und ein Busbahnhof. Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
